Moles can be "unique". Having alot of them may be unattractive or maybe if they had hair growing out of them.
I don't recall ever in my life saying "ew...look at that guys moles..."
However on someones face.....def. unattractive.Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe.

They're not that unattractive. I'd think they'd be more of a distinguishing feature. I have rarely heard a woman say "Man, if only Enrique would get rid of that mole, he'd be so much more successful". Personally, I'm kinda disappointed he removed it, unless it was endangering his health (cancer can stem from moles ) Don't worry about it.

Skin moles give people character, but like anything else if they are abnormally large/obvious or unusually placed they can be viewed by some, not as assets, but as undesirable traits. But who really cares if your personality is stellar? There are plenty of people with weirder aspects of their person that people see once or twice when they first meet them, but then they ignore completely and don't "see" after the two people form a relationship.
And moles can be cancerous, so if it's particularly big you might want to keep an eye on it. Although I have read that a mole that grows hair is NOT cancerous, as undesirable as the hair might be in some cases. But here's a tip: my hubby has a number of moles and skin tags (his mom has a billion) and he has successfully removed a number of them with concentrated grapefruit extract over a period of a few months, particularly with the brand Agrisept.
Lastly, the furry, fuzzy, burrowing moles ARE adorable!! Anyone else read "Duncton Wood"??

I personally don't like moles.
I used to have some tiny black spots on my face and my mum took me to get them electric'd back in the old days at the beauty salon. There's some faint scarring because it scabbed up badly and I picked at it. I was too impatient to sit at home for 2 weeks to let it heal. :/
