Well im having tons of gastro problems, been 3 months already and looks like i could be in it for the long-haul, could be chronic. All signs point to gastroparesis, meaning your stomach nerves are damaged and it doesn't want to digest, there's no actual cure just ways to deal with it and it's a nightmare come true for any bodybuilder
Im hearing all kinds of BS like "well you should only eat little meals from now on...50g of protein per day is more than enough".... getting bombarded with this crap everyday, it's enough to drive me mad even though it's true (at least for now)
Alright so let me cut to the chase, if I liquify some meals will they digest a lot faster? If so, how do you go about it... just toss the food in the blender with a liquid?
I figure the least disgusting stuff to liquify/puree will be egg whites, oats and bananas... I don't know if I want to be drinking tuna, but hell whatever it takes.

Hey man,
Just a few questions:
Have you seen a doctor about this?
Are the gastro problems incited by anything in specific (gluten, lactose...?)?
How well do protein mixes go down?
Does this effect chemical digestion as well?
What WILL go down?
I've tried blending up oats with milk before, and really all you get is a little bit of it mixed in, and the rest in a fine powder at the bottom. Egg whites can be somewhat hard to digest on their own, unless you're cooking them first.()))))----------()))))

Yep, ive been to more doctors than I can count. Had blood tests, ultrasounds, an endoscopy etc.
Everything shows to be normal.
The thought for now is that I have gastroparesis... I just started taking Reglan Wednesday night... yesterday I actually felt good ALL day, trained normally etc... first time in three months, I figured the reglan had taken care of it.
Unfortunately I didn't feel as good today, not horribly bad though.
The bad thing is even if it does work, Reglan can't be used long-term so it's a crappy situation
As far as digestion, I can digest anything the only problem is a really slow transition time between the stomach and the small intestine
