Is there such a thing as bulk fat powder?

This may be a dumb question. But can fat be turned into powder form like protein and carbs? If so, is there any bulk fat products you can buy? Or does it all have to be in oil form?

Reason I ask is because some of these high fat diets would be a lot easier with an easy to down fat.

Go to Costco or Sam's and get a huge bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Ta-da!

I think you can get egg yolk powder on some bulk sites actually.
Oil is easy to down, so are nuts.

I could not get down olive oil myself, then I tried it with a few ounces of apple juice. Seriously, a few ounces of apple juice, I do about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and swig it down. The apple juice seems to mask the taste pretty much and you can swig it down in a couple of gulps.

3/4 Olive oil + 1/4 balsamic vinegar mixed together in a bowl and dip bread into it, yum. Olive oil on salad. Pasta, pesto and olive oil.

On keto diets, like i'm on now, oil based salad dressings are the easiest way to go. I try to have at least 2 salads a day with a good helping of olive oil vinagrette. Even ranch dressing is a better source than animal fat. Caesar dressing on baked chicken is an easy keto meal.
