I'm almost at the end of my second cycle and I can't even begin to tell you how great this program is!
My lifts are unbelievably up, squats went from 160x12 to 200x12, the difference is huge...
It's like my body was ready for this program, strength gains reminded me of my previous BioForge stack, it's even better than that.
My favorite one is the shock week but I somehow get more sore from the rep range week.
It's to the point that I'm not ordering any supplements other than the basics, I also ordered Animal Flex for joints and ligaments.
I workout 6 days a week, 45 minutes per workout, 4 day split. So my cycles are shorter than a week:
Day Workout
1 Chest & tri
2 Back & bi
3 Shoulders & abs
4 Legs
5 Start over
...
7 Rest - which is a Sunday
8 Continue...
This is madness...

Thats awesome news, GREAT to here that P/RR/S is working well for you. It truely is an awesome program Eric put together...As far as your split you might want to think about throwing in another day off. At that pace that you have you may overtrain. The body need time to rest and grow. Something for you to think about as a split:
mon-legs
tue-chest/bi's
wed-off
thur-back
fri-shoulders/tri's
sat/sun-off
I know Eric does recommend that with his program for naturals that it be used 2 on 1 off 2 on 2off. Like i say this is something for you to think about. By all means if wha tyour doing is working stay with it just be carefull not to overtrain...Last edited by SteveHinchee; 02-04-2010 at 06:57 PM.

Thanks for this...
I will think about my workout program, but one thing is that I work behind a desk all day, every day and don't have any physical activity so that's one of the reasons I work out 6 days a week, otherwise I will go crazy...
I do recover completely before the next workout and have put on around 20 pounds of muscle in the past 10 months.
But I will think about it for sure, thanks again guys!

SUBBED, Thanks a bunch for this workout problem and I am definitely looking forward to start making some gains again now that my wrestling season is over.
I have a question though is it possible to do something like this
POWER:UPPER body
POWER: Lower Body
Rest.
Rep Range: Upper body
rest
Rep Range: Lower body
rest
Shock: so and so..
and repeat??
Or am i better off splitting body parts and do a whole week of Power training for each body part, then a whole week of rep range training, then a whole week of shock training..
THANKS!R.I.P Andy Irons

Since I read Steve's suggestions, I have been reading, particularly one line by Eric that said something like "if you don't rest properly, it's like taking one step forward and then one step backwards...".
The question I have now is that as long as I make progress I'm doing fine right?
Also, I came up with another split and wanted to know what you guys think:
Day - Workout
1 - Chest
2 - Legs
3 - Rest
4 - Shoulders
5 - Back/Mini upper chest
6 - Arms
7 - Rest
I also wanted to know if I could do Yoga on rest days?
Thanks a lot guys!

That is a better split above, as it is a 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off schedule, which is acceptable. And yes, if you are making solid and steady progress then you are on the right track!
Yoga on rest days is ok as long as it is a "relaxing" form of yoga and not an intense form, as this could interfere with recovery.*CEO B Built International
