    Exclamation Ab Soreness

    I judge whether I've had an effective workout by the amount of muscle-soreness felt the next day. However, I seldom, if ever, feel any soreness in my abs. If they aren't sore, are my exercises working? I feel soreness in all my other bodyparts, but not in the abs. Are'n I working them hard enough?

    Another thing,
    do people stretch their abs after every ab workout?
    Great reps -> great sets -> great workouts -> great results!

    Soreness isn't a sign of an effective workout. Some muscles barely ever get sore, but still they grow.

    That's NOT an accurate way to measure workout effectiveness. . .

    don't worry about soreness; it's impossoible for abs not to be involved in almost every movement. strong lift = strong core.
