Why do we loose weight in our breasts first? I don't want to get breast implants! I love my C cup and want to keep it. Yet every time I loose a little weight my breasts get smaller. Is there anyway to keep my cup size and lose my waist size?

It's a necessary evil....either learn to love your smaller boobs or get implants.

You don't lose weight in your breasts first. You just notice it there first. In any case, there's nothing you can do to prevent it. Sucks, I know.

It's just one of those sad facts of life. Breats are primarily fat. So, as we reduce bodyfat, they go too
But! On the upside, if you build good pecs, you can have muscle cleavage!

I found a note of hope. Yes, my breast tissue has decreased, but on the plus side the extra space is somewhat being taken up with chest muscle.
This makes for a nicer profile in swim suits and low cut dresses, the girls are firmer and less jiggly.
So even though my 36c is now a B cup, I would have to say I am overall happier with my breastesesEverything Changes

Not that I'm a wierdo, but I know a bit about breasts! Yes, they are practically all fat interspersed with fibrous connective tissue and a central pillar extending from the nipple/areolar complex to the chest wall. Working the upper pecs will obviously help lift, serratous development will give a nice side "scoop". But the diet with subsequent fat loss and dehydration combination spells shrinkage. Implants and surgical techniques have come a long way in the past ten years (even 5 years).

I know its just a fact of life - but what do you ladies do about the look afterwards. The saggy pear looking breasts. Have any of you ladies found a secret to help this area - other then surgery??

I started out with a droopy D last winter and went down to a sorta droopy but kinda muscular B and then back up to a C after I quit smoking. I kinda miss my smaller bust now. You will get used to them and its alot more comfortable imho.

I've just recently stopped being in denial about this. On top of extended breastfeeding, my breasts have gotten a lot smaller. I'm allowing myself to feel shallow enough to be sad for a day or two. I know they'll get even smaller when I diet down.... oh well, the rest of me will look hot I hope!

Thanks for your input, but I was not starting trouble. I was just giving my opinion and most men in the world's opinion happens to be the same as mine and even most men on this site. Again, this is not starting trouble but it seems like that's what you are trying to make it.
