OK I've been on this routine for a week now.
mon- 5 cartwheels, 10 jumping jacks
tue- 10 minutes of dancing in front of the mirror
wed- 35 minutes of doing model poses in different reflective surfaces around the house.
thurs- 400 penis pulls
fri- 15 arm blasters
sat- 10 toe touches superset with 10 nose touches
sun- 15 minutes of vaccuuming floors around the house dressed in a garbage bag

You might want to have someone you trust like your Mom, Dad or Parole officer watch you to make sure your form is ok.
It is also motivating to have your dog present when you do this. Many people feel inspired when your dog lifts his head, perks his ears up and tilts his head with that "WTF are you doing?" look on his face.
If your grip gives out, use straps.
