Hmmm...
Yea, I would vote for some calorie dense food. I'm not saying that you should outlaw veggies or anything, but if you have to take down that many calories, vegtables are only going to fill you up and not giving you any calories.
--Nuts
--peanuts
--cereal
--pop tarts
So yea, as someone said above, processed foods will be great. Oatmeal and such will fill you up too quickly.***I rep back (400+)***

I am around the same caloric levels as you. I started at 6000 now around 5500.
What you need for your body to absorb all you eat are Partitoning Agents
This is my sample diet
Sample diet -
9 am Whey protein + flax oil
10 am Brown bread , Peanut Butter, Chicken
12 pm rice and fish (any kind)
230pm cereal/oats/buckwheat and red. fat milk
4 00pm Steak pieces and eggs
5 30 Veggies and bananas
I should have gone to the restroom 2x by now.
7 00 pm preworkout proteins and complex carbs potatoes and brownrice or pasta
9 00 pm ABB XXL drink 1100 cals
9 30 pm dinner whatever I get no rice tho'
11 00 pm Peanut butter to slow down digestion
3 am Whey with milk
My diet is basically a Paleo approach has more protein and carbohydrates, less fats overall, though more healthy fats and a better Omega 3 to Omega 6 fat balance. Plus it naturally includes vastly more fiber and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). Make sure you have some fish oils and flax in ur diet too.
I make sure my regular intake consists of sterones and Methoxyisoflavone. So those are the partitioning agents to control my protein absorbtion. Good luck!Last edited by Krzna; 06-17-2005 at 08:38 AM.

I highly suggest that you look into steal cut oats as a source for your carbs.
1/4 a cup of Steel Cut Oats =
157 calories
27 carbs
6 protein
2.8 fat
Do the math and 1 cup =
628 cals
108 carbs
24 protein
11.2 fat
These are extremely healthy with a low Glycemic Index. You don't need that processed crap. I know it can be hard to get in all that protein so you're obviously going to have to buy some whey protein off of bb.com. Enough can't be said about peanut butter for large amounts of calories.
You should also be consuming more than 78 g of fat.
If you want to be consuming 6000 calories, you should be consuming 20% of your calories from fat, 25% of which should be saturated and the others should be healthy fats... of course, get some fish oil. So, 133 grams of fat for you. There are members on this board who will go as high as 30% for their fat intake.

3lbs of steak has something like 3,500 calories in it. Some think that's expensive, but if you buy skirt steaks and pan fry the hell out of them, they are GOOD (make sure to add a fair amount of salt).
I try to eat about 1lb of beef/day to get to my 2800 calorie mark. I KNOW for a FACT that I could eat 3lbs if I had beef for breakfast, beef for lunch, and beef for dinner. Between meals eat whole-grain bread with a dong-load of peanut butter. Add some pasta with a healthy tomato sauce, chicken breasts, and a lot of olive oil.
Sh!t, man. I WISH I was on a 6,000 calorie/day diet! My mouth is watering.

6000? why not 10 000?
6000 seems a bit extreme.
I've got an article by Gary Strydom where he says 6 or 7000 is just insane. And he was a top-noch IFBB pro back then! (also one of the most massive of that era).
If you're pumping iron, and making steady progress a good, healthy diet + supplements should be enough.

no its not, its not like your body says "oh no, im getting less than 20% fats time to drop testosterone production"
exaplain to me why you need more fats, if you are taking in an extra 100g carbs for activity?
your body DOES NOT listen to percentages, he has enough fat there to get rid of any bad effects, and any extra fat would simply impact on his carb intake which would probly be a bad thing since fats arent as an effective source of fuel as carbs
