youve got great quads, those are probably the best feature on your body, along with your forearms, and they are the hardest to build up, so you've done well. Work on your biceps a little more, and your chest. You dont look like you need to cut at all...if anything you should bulk a little more.

Concentrate on compound movements like Squats, deads and bench press. goes as heavy as possible on those to build mass. Oh and eat like a champ but eat clean. I tried a bulk and failed miserably and went way off track. Just because you're bulking doesn't mean you can eat ****. I had to learn the hard way.
