How much effect can creatine have on your appearance.

What type of effect can creatine have on your appearance? I have a friend who took creatine and everyone swore that he was on roids. I know it sounds stupid but on a serious note, how much weight can you gain while on creatine? Can you still look ripped while on this stuff, considering that you have low body fat. Thanks

You can still look ripped, yes. It's not going to make you blow up like the hulk, though, if that's what you're asking.

I was wondering this too....it wont make you loose your "cuttness", will it? From the water and all....This is why i am hesitant for starting creatine this summer.

NO, if anything it will only make you look more ripped because your muscles will be bigger. And no, it won't blow you up, if someones huge it is usually for good reason, not because they are taking creatine.

Actually, creatine will cause your muscles to retain water so you get that bloated puffy look in your muscles. I would recommend CEE, less water retention so you dont get that "puffy" look.

Or Kre Alkalyn. Same results as CEE and no bitter taste.

It doesn't matter guys. Monohydrate works as well. It just bloats you up and you need more of it. Kre Alkalyn and CEE are better for your kidneys as you only need 2-5g a day as opposed to 10g of monohydrate.

I have found taking Swole and Creatine Monohydrate absolutely blew me up, stomach area as well, gained more weight/bloat. Whereas with the CEE I did not get bloated/puffy look very noticebly. My bro is ripped as hell and uses CEE. Really depends on your goals. I learned this when I was cutting a few months ago. Hope this helps you man.
