"Dalife" in Clifornia is obviously very good!
Great job so far. You have done a very good job hitting everything and making it look fantastic. Great size, shape and definition working on all areas shown.
Keep hitting the weights hard and heavy to continue the excellent growth path. Eat well but healthy and get plenty of rest. Not sure why I told you to do all that looking at you, but guess it couldn't hurt as a reminder.

thx for the comments you guys, Ive been trying real hard to fit in my meals between all my classes and labs, getting around 4000 cals. I usually get weird looks from other people, why does he eat so much, but whatever. Anyway, I’m still not sure on whether to keep bulking or start to cut.

chadishere: I haven't benched in a year, I do dumbell flat presses, which I do 110 lb for 6 reps, 115 for 5 then 120 for 4
Big_spaz: the rubber bands lol, I get **** for that all the time from my friends, I don't know, it's my style, ever since I've been playing ball
