A new subject: CREATINE

OK I know there are a lot of threads and posts out there about creatine but I have some questions that haven't been answered

1.Is it better to take just plain creatine or use glutamine, ribose, and dextrose with it to?

2.Should I use Scitecs Creatine Express, Celltech, or Scitech Trans-X? (are all the suppliments I listed in this question bs?)

3.What products should I try then?

Please help me out I'm new to this and would like some advice. Remember when you were new to bodybuilding and you wanted advice? ...well thats how I feel!

take your creatine w/ dextrose for sure, maybe ribose

scitek i dunno the name, the one that comes in a lil gray container, and says ultrapure on it.....thats the one to use out of the 3..

anything w/ the creapure or ultrapure logo on it means it's pure micronized creatine, get the cheapest one u can find...i use prolabs creatine.

Thanks for your help but what else do you take with prolabs creatine? A lot of people like prolabs creatine so I want to try that but how would I get dextrose, ribose etc?

Go to your local nutrition store or order on line(much cheaper)......or just mix the friggin creatine with grape juice.

i just take it w/ dextrose and my protein...i take my glutamine seperatly...

as for ribose i find it to be underrated to say the least but after using it for 2 months, from PERSONAL experience, i can't speak for everyone..i think theres better ways you can spend that money...

I hope I am not getting annoying :-) Dextrose is a freakin' question mark to me! lol Where can I get it and grape juice does sound like a good idea to mix it with if I get Prolabs creatine. I guess I should just stop thinkg about celltech and scitech, huh?

naw its cool bro.

you can buy dextrose almost at any vitamin store, or online, do a search on a thread caled "cheap dextrose" the title of the thread is cheap dextrose and matlo or something can't remember but it'll come up.

mix it in grape juice unless u can get dextrose.....
basically you just need something that'll create an unsulin spike...most here put creatine w/ 50 grams of dextrose, and in their protein shakes.

celltech is a goner, cause all it is, is creapure and dextrose costing 5 times as much, and scitek, the little gray bottle one w/ the untrapure logo should be the exact same contents as the prolab one, just whichever is cheaper.

Im taking creatine+ribose+dextrose right now and its to early to tell what kind of gains im getting but i bought my Ribose and Dextrose from supplementdirect .com. The ribose was $20 and the dextrose was $10 for 11lbs. I bought prolab creatine from bb.com for $30.

If your gonna buy these products buy them from where i got them I think its the cheapest place.

You guys have been very helpful but is the name of that product just called dextrose and ribose from that site h2o? Where did you do the search jonblaze, on bb.com? If you give me the names I might try that h2o b/c that sounds trhe best? Was it expensive buying all that?

Its just called pure dextrose and pure ribose. The quality is great and I recieved the package in 2 days. The creatine from bb.com is called Prolab Creatine monohydrate. All of these products are great! www.supplementdirect.com
