I buy a brand of granola called 'Back to Nature: Classic' and I was wondering if it was much worse for you than oats.
1/2 cup
180 cals
37 carb
5 sugar
5 fiber
3 fat
0 sat
0 trans
6 protein
The ingredients are oats, evaporated cane and pineapple juice, maltodextrin, natural vanilla flavors. Would it still be a complex carb?
I have this with yogurt in the morning and cut up fruit and it's my favoite meal of the day.

its better then many other granola's. you could check out a local organic foods store for other types of granola they carry. but its definetly not that bad for you. if you enjoy it, i dont think it will hinder your gains whatsoever.

The hippie shop where I live sells organic french vanilla granola cereal.
It's the best tasting thing I've ever had in my life and this thread reminded me of it. Damn this cutting diet!
