I take whey, multivitamins/minerals and maltodextrene (carbs) and I don't want to take other stuff for now...
But when should I take what (before and after your workouts)?
Now I take my multivitamins/minerals right after breakfast, then whey and malto (carbs) before and after my workouts. Is that ok, or is there a way I could improve my results by switching things around?

1) You're supplementing maltodextrin without even supplementing creatine ? That's pretty pathetic IMO.
