Use it for overheads, Squat, Dead, everything that gets really heavy.... They make you aware as hell, increase you oxygen levels, and clean the nostrals... Add a chop to the chest or neck and that max will soar.

am i doing it wrong lol
i sniffed it pretty hard, did nothing for me, but i did manage to have a heache 10 mins later.
bought it from elitefts if that matters..Performing 1 REP box squats on the toilet 3 times a day.
Eating to gain weight requires you to eat enough that when you burp you throw up in your mouth a little- me on how i went from 180 to 270

No boards. I've been doin' ALOT of reverse grip benching, as it was missing from my routine. Craig Tokarski(spelling) had strongly inspired me into doin' them after I've seen his vids. I do them more than I do regular bench. LOL I haven't maxed out on the reverse grip bench yet though, I'll try at the end of this month and see what I come up with. lol
