What's all this talk about not taking CEE if it's your first time taking creatine?

I've taken Creatine Mono before, but that was 5 yrs ago and I've never supplemented with it ever since. I'm planning on using it again, but what's this I'm hearing about having to use Mono before you switch to CEE? Like I said, I haven't used it for 5 years, so relatively, this'll be my 'first' time using it again. So would 5g CEE be bad for someone beginning?

Because there's no scientific evidence whatsoever to indicate that CEE is any better than creatine monohydrate aside from less water retention...?
It seems these poets have nothing up their ample sleeves...

They are both so cheap in bulk powder... I would compare them both and keep us updated.

Ok, so there's not enough evidence in it being better...but my question is, will CEE be safe for me, since this'll be my first time taking creatine into my system?

totally safe. I think it's ridiculous that people say monohydrate is better for beginners...makes no sence at all. CEE is better for everyone. Peace
