Do weighted ab exercises. Train them as you would any other muscle. No need for super high reps or training them everyday, thats just dumb.
A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.

If you are too skinny you may not have a 6-pack showing already cus you have not developed your ab muscles. IN order to have a 6-pack you have to have the muscle there...you just cant be skinny.

AIR BIKE!! i got from barely anything to a mega 6 pack in lyk 2-3 months,
i did 100 (50 touches from each elbow to knee) in mourning and same again before bed.

3rd exercise down
i'd say it works your lower abs far better if you keep your legs parallell to the ground at all times,
make sure you force it to 100, it stings quite alot but its worth it

bulk and add overall mass. then, your abs will show more when you cut and you'll be more muscular overall. it will look better than a skinny guy having a six pack.
"Ignore the ramblings of the ignorant, and step on or over their crumpled bodies as you make your way to the top of the mountain. Eat upon their flesh for fuel and through your determination and will, banish them to obscurity anda life of complacency and self righteousness that is the hell in which they live."
