thats cool, but you could still play safety, just hit harder and be a better safety than the others, also aren't those people varsity safety's? you'll prolly play jv, so....but newayz, it don't matter how big, strong, or fast you are (i don't mean a 130 lb., benches 95 lb, and runs a 8.0 40 tryin to be a tackle or guard or anything...)...those things just help you dramatically, on the football field, it comes down to who can play better, and in my opinion, the most important is who can hit harder...just my opinion though...

When I was a freshman I was like;
6'
150lbs@10%
bench 115
squat 170
hang cleaned 135
deadlifted 200
Sophomore
6'1
170lbs@14%
bench 150
squat 190
hang cleaned 150
deadlifted 250
Now as a junior
6'2
205@12%
bench 215
squat 315
hang clean 230
deadlift 315 <----- guess, never maxed deadlift.
And if you think those are fake, kill yourself. They arent that high and they are real, unlike some of you 250lb benching 14 year olds....*Chefbrah Crew*

what up backers
My name is Tommie and i would like to say don't worry about ur weight cause its over rated in high school just worry about speed cause its kills to be fast. U can't get rocked if they can't catch u and also strength. So if ur worried about gaining 20 lbs or 15lbs don't because in college they'll beef u up. My stats are..........................
6'1
230
bench:280 (315)
Squat:515 (600)
Pwr Clean: 300+
Deadlifts:nvr maxed out but i rep 495 6 times
40: high 4.5 low 4.6 range
age 17
as a freshman i couldn't bench a plate nor could i squat 205 but u can see what a program does too you so stay consistent and you'll get ur numbers up.
