Muscle Dents?
This isn't an injury, but I don't know where else to ask this. I have a dent in my left bicep nearest to my forearm. It's been there as long as I can remember. I don't know if it has much effect on the muscle strength, but it less endurance than my right. I was just wondering if anyone else has dents in their muscles and any information on why it happens, thanks.

post a pic if u can... maybe u tore ur bicep and u dont remember
one of my friends he tore his bicep at work one of the pipes was fallin and he cought it and now his left bicep is all weaird like starts in a different spot than other arm and is weardly shaped...

Probably just the way you are built. I wouldnt worry about it, though I would like to know what it is, exactly.

I'm sure it is purely aesthetic. I've had since I was very young, before I even started lifting.
I will try to get a pic up soon.
Just wondering if anyone else has this type of thing.
Never heard of muscle cancer...tumors usually protrude from your body...

Maybe this is totally out in left field, but Coleman had a dent in his lower left lat when he came into the Olympia in 2006 I think, and again in 2007....Same kind of thing maybe?
Do you train pretty heavy and intense? Or are you more of a volume guy?

and to OP, mayb it will sort itself out..you can't just randomly have a dent unless its like VERY local muscle cell necrosis, or you've undergone surgery to remove that muscle refer to greg valentino's other arm

I only started lifting again. Last summer I gained 2 pounds. I am not a big guy, probably a hard gainer. I don't think my training is more intense than the average guys.Originally Posted by billy.
