yo ive been lifting for the past two months and plan to continue tracking my progress for the next year
my current lifts are as follows(havent maxed yet)
bench press 120x6
towel bench 125x6
box squat 175x6
clean 105x3
hex bar 240x3
squat 155x6
short term goals(2 months)
bench 140x6
towel bench 145x6
box squat 210x6
clean 120x3
hex bar 275x3
squat 185x6
current weight: 150
current height: 5' 10"
Goal weight in 2 months 160 lean
ill post after my workouts each day
today i did hex bar and clean for three sets of 3. tough day on the clean starting w/ 105 but had to go down to 95. good day with the hex. i added 20 more pounds to my 3 reps over a month. ill post friday letting you know how my bench and squats workout goes. peace

wats "towel bench" and "hex bar"
i take it towel bench is bench press with a towel wrapped around the bar?? to work ure forearms more. which WOULD make sense but ure doing a heavier weight for it then normal bench which leads me to believe im wrong..
