Need to modify my Shoulder/Back workout

Here is a picture of my current workout:

Take a look at Friday's workout routine. Basically what I have done, is combined Max-OT's recommended exercises for shoulder/back days and put them into one workout session. Unfortunetly, I am tied down during the week and can't work the muscle groups seperately, so I must get shoulders/back into one day. I am not happy with Good Mornings, they seem to be more trouble than they're worth, so I will probably end up taking them off my routine. Since I only have one day to work these two muscle groups, I need to know what are considered the "best" exercises for shoulders/back. Just from reading the forums, I can already tell that Straight bar military press and Upright rows will always be a part of my shoulders/back routine.

However, I am sure that a few exercises I have for Friday can be replaced with more effective ones (ie: good mornings can definitely be replaced with something else). Anyway, I'd like to know what you guys recommend.
