Hey guys.
I have a question, if I drink eggs without cooking them will I get more good stuff from it (proteins)? And also does anyone knows a site where theres some Nutritional Information about things we usually eat?
thanks

I think its something like 1 in every 30, 000 eggs has salmonella, so if you want to take the risk, then by all means go ahead.
But you can't lift weights while sitting on the toilet, or while in the hospital. And believe me you'll be in one of those places if you do get salmonella. Its you choice bud.

Up untill a couple of years ago i used to eat 20+ raw egg whites mixed in to protein shakes and i never got salmonella or ill or anything. I think if you build up to it you become very resistant to the bacteria in eggs. However this was in my more naive bb days and it is simply not worth the effort, i can vouch that, 90% of the raw egg does go straight through you, if you get what i am hinting at. Anyway there is just no need in this day and age when we have so many protein sources available to us.

But i drank them for about 4 months straight about 6-12 a day LOL.... and never got sick or anything guess i got lucky

hah shieat call the doctor i drink about 30-40 raw eggs a week...the biggest guy ever to come out of this town, holds junior and canadien powerlifting records..used to drink cartons a day...a wonderful product called "simply egg whites" and yes thier pasuerized, totally safe..you could jsut make a huge 8 egg white (i carton) bland ****ty tasting omlet and choke it down, i jsut prefer to chug it, sorta like swallowing a huge load..not that i know from experience but seems logically compairable, i just plug my nose then as soon as im donw take a spoon full of natural peanut butter, or something strong, and you wont even taste it..teh chase is definately a necessity tho, if not your gettin a mean fishy taste.
