i saw a guy at a gym probably 5'2-5'3 he was lifting some good poundages repping 225 for 6 on the bench... i was just thinking no matter how much he lifts he still gonna be a midget compared to most guys, and even shorter than alot of girls.... whats the point...
is there really a point in people less than about 5'10 lifting and especially guys under 5'5 lifting...
cause all some 6'+ guy has to do is lift for a couple months and hes already bigger than you muscle wise....
im assuming people lift to either get stronger, or look better... either way if you are short you are screwed
agree or disagree
oh yeah im about 5'9 so im not some giant 6'4 being a jerk its a serious question...

yeah i know short people can be really strong....
just like this 5'2 guy he was really strong putting up 225x6 and i know alot of powerlifters can put up huge numbers.....
im just saying regardless of strength do you think no matter what they achieve will they always be looked down upon(no pun intended) cause of their stature....
even being 5'9 which isnt that short ive seen discrimination in sports, i cant even imagien the discrimination a 5'2 guy would feel

Manlets are allowed to workout too. If I was a manlet I would rather be a buff manlet than an out of shape manlet or a skinny manlet.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.

the shorter you are the easier it is for you to build muscle. so you're theory is wrong although the taller guy may "look" more muscular
i am 5'7 160lbs and i excerise almost everyday. i would love to see you fly your brainless head over here and talk to me like that and my buddies who are shorter than me. but i bet you just sit behind a internet and type. haha tough guy. what about guys with medical conditions that cause them to be short. wtf dude. have some respect. they may have bad backs and knees from being short and still they lift. how dare you. i will beat your brains out if you come over here and talk to me like that. O wait, i already mentioned, you dont have a brains. moranLast edited by importrev; 06-30-2007 at 10:19 AM.

well pretyt much you can be short and out of shape or short and in shape.
Tall and out of shape or tall and in shape
You obviously going to want to be in shape no matter of your heightStrength, size, power and speed arent achievable without dedication, focus and determination.

Don't hate on the manlets! My husband is 2" shorter than me, but that doesn't matter. He's good looking, strong, and confident. (but not quite short enough to fall into the manlet category).
It's like saying ugly people shouldn't work out because they'll still be ugly.If you're not 1st, you're last.
