    Workout routine and supplement for 16 year-old?

    Hi, I'm sixteen and started working out a while back. I want to bulk up because i'm movin schools and i want to play not only basketball, but football too. I ordered N-Large II because you all seem to say it works and i'm starting to eat everything possible. But should i take it on just the days i work out and how many times a day? And where can i find a good solid workout routine for somebody my age? Thanx aloT!!

    N-Large and creatine are a good start.

    Workout 3-4 times a week each body part once a week.
