Sean Sherk hands down, dude is just a mini bodybuilder. Ive heard he lifts a lot like a bodybuilder does, as does Matt Hughes.

Matt Hughes is a little bitch though (in terms of his physique). He's a tiny, little man and he trains more or less according to GPP principals. I bet he can't bench anything over 225lbs or deadlift/squat a respectable amount of weight. I LOL'ed in real life when people say how big and fierce Chuck Liddell is. He's got scraggly arms, tiny delts, little to no chest at all, a huge gut he needs to tame and pansy little legs. This is strictly from a bodybuilding perspective. I can be elitist as I want lol, jk... his physique is no where as impressive as his fighting skills, which are awkward but obviously devastating. Not that looks really matter in MMA... but just some analysis because I'm pretty much obsessed with bb'ing.

Don't want to sound obsessed, but I do have a love/hate relationship for Matt. I love him a lot of the time, but other times like when he just GNP's everyone I start to hate him. I hate him over the **** with GSP for instance and some of the stunts he pulls.
I should give him a little more credit than I have been. But I maintain my stance about his physique. He's not big, and he's not aesthetic. Just saying... I shouldn't bash him too hard. But I just popped some orals so I need to go train back!!!
