I bought the pills today and i will start taking them tomorrow. It is recommended 1-3 pills before and 1-3 pills after the workout. I think i will do 1 before and 1 after. Now to the questions... Is there a certain amount of water im supposed ot be drinking, or should i just keep hyrdrated? Should i take the creatine on off days or skip it? I looked up a little but of info but it seems every different website has different says about it ;/. help appreciated!
oh yeah, and does anyone know how many days it takes before seeing the strenth gains?

Any particular reason pills over powder?. Anyways most creatine is loaded, taht is a high does over a few days to saturate the muscles. Usually 20gm per days for 3-5 days is loading. Then after that creatine postworkout on your woprking days is all that is needed, according to some articles ive been reading on intense muscle anyways. Most people take 5gm a day however. Take it with something that causes an insulin spike such as a carb or proetin shake, it provides a shuttle for trasport to you muscles and makes better use of your creatine.

For starters you need to take those pills back and just get powder. Pills are not good at all.
Drink at least 5 litres a day.
Yes take creatine on off days. Usually morning.
