I will be taking creatine for the first time and i will be taking 20g of it for 5 days. Is it safe to consume 10g of creatine 30 mins before my workout and then another 10g for my PWO? Thx for replies!
I personaly would just skip the loading phase, and use 5-10g's a day instead.
I've read that it is good to start a loading phase if you have never taken creatine. Why would i skip the loading phase?
