    Not sure what to do next, need advice!

    As the topic says i am not sure what to do next and i need some pro advice from you guys I am 6.3 and weigh 180 pounds. Check out my two pics below and tell me if i need to cut then bulk or bulk some more before starting to cut. I would like to know my bf% if someone can tell by looking at the pics. Right now i am using whey isolate by allmax nutrition and it tastes like crap so i am looking for something with a better taste? Also I am not able to eat chicken or turkey or tuna all the time, i pretty much eat what my mom cooks for me and thats not always the healthiest food you can find (tastes great but not that healthy) and thats why i was thinking of maybe trying prolab n-large2 weight gainer?
    I train 3 times a week monday(legs shoulders) wed(biceps back) friday (tris chest). I am doing 3x6 for most of them. HELP OUT!

    I agree, clean bulk, which is hard to do if you're stuck eating what your mom cooks...

    Regarding the whey protein, go for ON (Optimum Nutrition). It is the best tasting IMO...

    thats just funneh, i got that tan as well though from football practices. Man its ridiculous, my thigh and foot compared to my leg is just ridiculous. from brown to white...

    BULK BULK BULK!! Stay with heavy wieght and do low reps. Try to max out each and every set. Stick with doing mass building, such as bench, squat, some kind of back (rows), shoulder and tri, stuff. I too think that ON whey tastes the best. It mixes super easy too.
    6'1" 209lbs. Started at 185, about two years ago.

    Bench press 280. Started with a bench of 190.

    lol yah i gotta work on that tan!

    I just got ON 100% whey today tried it and it really does mix well and taste good but i kinda feel bloated after i drink it. Hopefully i wont get diarrhea cause i am lactose intolerant, if i dont ill keep using it! Thank you for ur advice ill just keep on bulking and try to eat clean!

    p.s. oh can anyone tell me my bf%? Cause i do have fat on my belly and its not pretty

    if i had to guess id say low 20s mid teens cause ive seen when you get under about 13ish you have stomach definition abs and such but thats a guess
