hi all haven't been on in a while as i lost my motivation still can't find it but im gonna try again.
anyways how would i go about building strength? i have heard and read that just because you have muscle doesn't mean you are strong, so how would i go about building strength?

Look into a routine like Bill Starr 5X5, it's great for beginners and it's a strength routine, good luck
Edit: I always assume people eat a lot but, since you're a beginner I'll say eat a lot, read up some nutrition articles on the main site, do some research of your own, etc.Last edited by Teen_BB; 05-28-2007 at 07:24 PM.
