SLDL's on leg day and regular deads on back day ok?
i do 3x10 of deads on back day.
and i do 3x8 of sldl on leg day.
My question is if that is too much? I dont want to be overtraining.
here is my routine (5 day split)
mon-chest
3x5 flat
3x5 incline
3x12 db flyes
tues-back
3x10 deadlifts
3x5 rows
3x5 pulldowns
wed-shoulders
3x5 military
3x10 rear delts work
3x15 db shrugs
thurs-legs
3x5 squats
3x8 leg press
3x8 sldl
2x10 leg ext
2x10 leg curls
3x12 seated calf work
3x12 standing calf work
frid- arms
3x6 preacher
3x6 straight bar
2x6 hammer
forearm work
abs 3x a week.
