Hey, i had a question maybe some of you could help with.
I have some fat covering my abs but really little, the problem is that in the moring when i wake up my stomach seems flat, about same level as the chest but when i drink liquid or eat it just gets big. I was wondering what do you have to do to make it curve in like i've seen on some guys. Does anyone know the reasons for it getting pretty big after eating.. It feels like theres water inside..

I've got so used to holding my stomach in from when I was fat..I can't tell where I am with cutting either.
Though I can see the lines running from the love handle area down to my cock, what sort of BF% is that likely to be?

your probably just eating too much at one time. try to eat small spaced out meals.
