    ? on supersetting with different weights

    Is it normal to superset with weights much lower, than working out with your actual workout weights with straight sets. If its normal, how much weight should I use for supersetting in oppose to my actual workout weight? for example should I use only 50% of my actual workout weights or lower or more when supersetting
