I lift heavy on this exercise,I dont feel something wrong yet,but I really fear missing with my knees.
I did a search of lying leg+knees,zero results

are you moving your knees beyond their normal, unloaded range of motion?
if not, it would be unlikely to be a problem if you feel no pain.
PS lying leg curls are useless. Try romanian (and other) deadlifts for hamstrings."Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.
