    Can lying leg curls hurt ur knees?

    I lift heavy on this exercise,I dont feel something wrong yet,but I really fear missing with my knees.

    I did a search of lying leg+knees,zero results

    are you moving your knees beyond their normal, unloaded range of motion?
    if not, it would be unlikely to be a problem if you feel no pain.

    PS lying leg curls are useless. Try romanian (and other) deadlifts for hamstrings.
