hey i personly think for my age i can Squat a rather lot and would love to know how much outher ppl here can as alot of ppl tell me that Squat r the key to telling how strong soem one is im Age 15 and can Squat 286

135 for 5 reps the first time i started squatting, now 305 for 3 is the most ive tried. last workout i did 135 for 10, 225 for 5, 245 for 5, 265 for 5, 285 for 5 then went back down same i came up, 265 for 5, 245 for 5, 225 for 5, 135 for 10.
oh and when i started squatting first thing that blew up was outer quad sweep.

Ive been working out for 6 years. In that time ive seen a HANDFULL of people squat over 3 plates and only TWO squat over four. All of these guys were obviously very serious in what they do (from looking at them) and in their high 20s.
I call BS on all u that weigh 130-160 and squat 350.
Ur either doing half squats or e-squats. :P
