How many calories should I intake on a cutting diet?

    First my stats:
    6ft4in
    215 lbs

I've started a 40/40/20 diet over the past couple of weeks, and have been cutting the calories every couple of days. Today I'm intaking about 2300 calories, and I was wondering if this is about right for a cutting diet.

A basic cutting plan should be roughly around 10x your bodyweight...

How old are you and how is your exercise and diet?

    I'm 17. I lift 3x a week, run 3x a week, and swim 4x a week.

Don't have to time to post the meal plan as I'm on my way out.
