I usually have something like 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 tbsp Natural PB stirred in and some egg whites with hot sauce... or esle the oats and PB and then a shake made with 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 3 ice cubes, 1 scoop of my fav. protein powder and water (just enough to get it to blend)... If you blend this just right it comes out tasting like cake batter... SOOOO good...

I love omelettes in the morning.
I use omega eggs, mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions, thing pieces of cheese, and go to the deli and ask for thick slices of ham. I cut all these up, and fry them into an omelette. I toast a piece of multi-grain bread and wash it down with some skim milk. It's heavenly.

I have the same issue, for awhile I was eating 6 eggwhites, and 1-2 whole eggs in the morning. but I got tired of throwing up during my workouts.
Now I'm drinking a shake first think in the morning. I might try the Pancakes though, I could cook up a bunch of them on Sunday, and refrigerate them for later. Mabye one or two of those, and a shake would be easy enough on the stomach.

really really surprised nobody incorpates more potatoes in there breakfast with their eggs....no fat and a ton of great carbs....
Dice up about 4 potatoes and throw it in a pan with some olive oil. Powdere them all up with some paprika and a little cayenne pepper if you want some kick. Throw some ketchup on there and you are GOOD...
