What would 500 lbs squat (equipped) be in a raw? What do you think? 350?

What would 500 lbs squat (equipped) be in a raw?

It varies from person to person, some people might only squat 40lb with a suit, but another guy might squat 100lb more with a suit, from what i heard, when you first use suits, you wont see much of an improvement until you get used to it, and even if you have a suit, you should squat equipped and raw every so often.Originally Posted by extragame2

Raw = Nothing but you
Suited = pecial lifting suit
It really wouldn't be predictable, somebody who is adapted to the suit, may not be able to hardly squats anything raw. And somebody who squats 500lb raw, may not be able to do 400lb suited...
