    my new routine

    wo1
    flat bench press
    skull crushers
    Squats
    close chinups
    wide pullups
    shoulder press
    butterflys
    wrist curls
    roman chair w/weight

    wo2
    Incline Bench
    Dips
    Deadlift
    seated row
    upright row(standing)
    shrug
    standing bb curl
    calve raises
    ab machin

    please guys give me some good feed back. is this a good routine? i want to get fit enough to juice...<3
