As of recently for some odd reason, everytime i drink whey protein i end up with an upset stomach an hour later. Now, i've been drinking whey for a long time (2+ years) and i've never encountered this problem until now.
My questions is, is there anything i can eat/drink that can substitute whey protein as a post workout?

I went through a stage where whey was affecting me also. Just go out to the store and buy the egg whites in a carton. The kind i used was 99% egg whites, these also are safer to drink raw so salmonella and all that isnt a factor. I used them in my shake instead of the whey and you actually can't even taste them.

how about Isopure?
The unreal is more powerful than the real, because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. because its only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. stone crumbles. wood rots. people, well, they die. but things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on
sciamachy: fighting with a shadow or an imaginary enemy; a mock contest; an imaginary or futile combat.

Whole food. If you have adequate pre workout nutrition, you don't need a pwo shake. Besides, the anabolic window is not so small. I only use shakes pwo when bulking and in a hurry. That being said, I would not deliberately slow the digestion by adding fats such as those in nuts, oils or yolks.
