    when bulking do you count your calorie intake

    or you just eat i am 175 how much calories should i strive for when bulking

    i don't count calories, i just check whether my weight has increased after a week. if not, i eat more. you just have to know your body well enough.

    I count everything that comes into my body with maybe a 5% source of error, allowing me to maintain current bf% while increasing lean mass. That way I avoid the irritating cutting cycle anyway.

    besides, my nutritionist recommended just today 3400 calories base to me, that's more than enough food in my eye; in the proper proportions and exercise regimen its more efficient than an all out bulking cycle

    I have made a meal plan for myself and keep to it or at least the approximate requirements.
    After a while you get to know the macronutrients of your food so much that you know what you need in a meal.
    It's not as hard as you think it is.
    Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...
