which is the better day to put power cleans in because next week I'm starting a new routine and not completely sure where to put it.

ok, so lets say I do bicep/back on monday will my shoulders be recovered enough if I do chest/tricep/shoulder on wednesday more or less

I do them with my chest, tri, and front delt day. Sometimes its cool to mix up your routine and do some clean and press.
