Power clean on chest/tricep/shoulder day or bicep/back day

which is the better day to put power cleans in because next week I'm starting a new routine and not completely sure where to put it.

I dunno. I seem to get more of a back workout from it so I would put it under back/bicep day.

i'd do it on back/bicep day also. I get hit really good in my traps from powercleans.

Also they hit your forearms good, which matches back/bi day more.

Hmmm...I always did them on leg day...you use your legs in them too. I haven't done them in a while though because I never was able to get the correct form down, maybe I'll start them up later.

In my opinion, powercleans go best with shoulders. I really feel them working the shoulders...

Since everyone has different opinions maybe you should try both and see what you like best

    Thumbs up

I do them with my chest, tri, and front delt day. Sometimes its cool to mix up your routine and do some clean and press.
