I was always wondering this...I just read in my mens fitness chug dont sip on your creatine because it doesnt handle well in liquid and should be digested as fast as possible?
But on SizeOn it says to sip or take small drinks of it through your workout most work outs are 45-1 and half hours long.
wouldnt that be bad?

I wish I could drink only water lol...I only drink it when im super thirsty...but damn at you guys being able to drink water alot...no wonder you guys have good skim complexions i think cause i love soda too much thats why i get alot of blemishes...i mean eating a hamburger or a steak with out rootbeer just aint the same for me.

I know the feeling. I used to love Coke and all those sugary sodas and drinks but then I cut it out when I became serious with bodybuilding and lifting and the other day I tried a coke and I didn't like it at all, tasted so sweet, now I'm so used to the taste of water I love it! lol

lol well they have some interesting work outs...but some of there programs are insane they dont give you enough logical time to recover unless your use roids.
but they dont do work outs for hardgainers like myself...they had a workout doing chest 3 times a week haha i was like wtf?
they also had a interview with some actor and he said he worked out 8 hours a day lol amazing
