It didn't get cancelled. She will still be able to dress up and walk and get a little folder handed to her. The main commencement with speakers was cancelled because the student speaker was linking pages on social media saying Israel should be abolished and the Jew club didn't like that and so there were threats and protests both ways and the students (and randoms) decided they wanted to keep protesting instead of listening to the college police when they told them to disperse because other non-students were getting in the way of the actual students trying to just go to their final classes.

Basically stupidity all around.
