    Why am I such a btch waking up

    its 7:20am here (moved to west coast) 7-7:15 im thinkin fuk this chit fuk my goals, i dont care about anything i just wnna go back to bed. My coffee is ready so I'm gonna click submit new thread walk over and everything will be ok.

    I wake up anytime between 3am and 5am and workout. My best advice it to get out of bed when you naturally wake up. I go to bed relatively early and noticed that I would wake up sometime in that time frame every morning, but I would always go back to sleep. For the rest of the morning I felt groggy and just not my best. When I started waking up when I actually wake up I felt great and am rarely tired until after 8:30-9pm

    Yeah I'll wake up naturally around 5am and feel fine. Sometimes as early as 3. If I go back to sleep and the alarm goes off at 6:50 I'll wake up and feel terrible, and if I slept naturally it would be until 730-8 or so. I think it has to do with waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle instead of when a sleep cycle naturally ends.
    Usually feel fine again after the first 30 minutes or so though.

    Seriously great advice.

    Above this, sounds like it could be a motivational issue for OP. Are you having difficulty getting out of bed because you're physiologically so tired or are you wanting to avoid your day? Find out what it is you're dreading and develop a strategy to manage it in a healthier way.
