It's Bullshiit That We Have To Wait 45 Seconds Between Posts.
It used to be a minute until a mod back in the day named boyscout got it changed to 45 seconds, it needs to be 30 seconds at most. If i could post every 10 seconds i would probably have like 150,000 posts.
