    What workouts do you do when you don't have a gym membership or equipment?

    Calisthenics and running ovviously but what specific exercises

    in 2020 lockdown i did a **** load of lunges, pushups, and pullups on a tree branch

    quarter mile of lunges 2x a week
    pushups 5x failure 2x a week
    pullups 5x failure 2x a week
