Parker Valby.
Just won the national championship in D1 track in the 5k. Currently the BEST female distance runner in america in all college athletics (her versatility and range in cross country and track is unmatched at the moment).
Sure, she's perhaps not as curved and way more LTC than Livvy Dunne, but Livy hasn't won anything. Livvy is just a social media whore.
Other facts that show how much of a mogger she is
-She only runs 25-30 miles a week and barely trains. For a 5k runner that's NOTHING. Most freshman high school girls that are on JV run more than that (srs). I would say the average top 25 collegiate distance runner female runs 70 to 100 miles a week (srs).
-She routinely front runs entire races. Doesn't sit and kick. Doesn't care about pacing.
-She's been under immense pressure to switch schools and run for Colorado, Stanford, Oregon where the training environment for running is world class. She continues to run for University of Florida (with horrible climate and zero hills to train on) since she loves the beach and florida sunshine lifestyle. Still wins.
-She was injured most of this year and still won the national championship (again while barely training).
-Just signed a fat NIL contract with Nike and will probably be a olympic superstar coming up

her absolutely obliterating the field in the 5k national champs this month (lapping runners by herself if you fast forward to the end)

This thread actually semi-delivers. Her face is much prettier.
Would still pick Olivia Dunne though. This girl looks taller and I like short girls. But you get credit for finding a girl with a prettier face for sure.
Like most runners her body is lanky and awkward though, sorry"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

she doesnt take a ton on social media, but with her NIL contract, I think we will see more of her in the future.
theres a running forum like the misc (letsrun.com) thats been around forever and she is their queen, its hilarious. huge 40 page threads about her (should she go pro, should she transfer to oregon, does she have a bf?) etc

I know this is a bodybuilding forum and not a running one, but i cant overstate how rare this is to train only in florida and dominate all the athletes training at altitude in the mountains of colorado, utah etc for distance running. Florida is probably the worst state in the country to train distance running

no actual competitive distance runner trains in an altitude mask. its not as effective. altitude tents are super expensive too. most college runners do not use them.
the key is to train mileage high and then run speed workouts low. not everyone prefers altitude training (which is why university of oregon does so well also). But huge item is the oppresive heat and humidity in florida and lack of any hills.

Ernie pls.

That sloot you posted runs 53 seconds in the 400 meters. She wouldn't even make a lot of ncaa relay teams with that time.
Would not have competed at nationals
The women 400 meter hurdle race was won in a similar time to Alicias pr. That's with hurdles.
She's a nobody

400/800
She's trying to not get hurt/overtrain while she's young and full of glow. A lot of female distance runners overtrain ages 16 to 22, produce world leading times, are called young phenoms, and then never run faster than their 17 year old tines (srs).
She's ramping up slowly and trying to peak at the right time in her careerLast edited by kengriffeyjr24; 10-15-2023 at 11:48 AM.

She just blew away the competition again in a huge meet this weekend winning by over 12 seconds over Tuohy who is a former national champion herself
