My friend I’ve already read the opinion top to bottom. It’s a very easy concept if you know the building blocks of the constitution as well as the branches of government and their respective functions.

Congress makes laws. Scotus says what the law is vis a vis the constitution.

Roe was legislation under the guise of an unnamed liberty. Ole racist Ruth even said in the opinion that it was a weak framework.

Here’s the deal, boyo. The states have their own autonomy to govern anything not expressly preempted by Congress. The states can also have their own autonomy on issues that are not deemed unconstitutional. This novel concept is called federalism.

The constituents of the respective states can vote. If they want their state to have different laws, then they vote for representatives who will do so.

But you probably know this. However, dishonesty is the only alternative to an actual debate, so that’s your only play.
