I will be testing this product. I am not going to change my diet at all. If I did, the results I see would most likely be due to that.

I started a stack two days ago that includes Guggul Extract (Now) and 7-Keto. I wont mess your thread I will start a new one next week , but after 2 days alot more water is going through me and body temp is definately up. will post next week.
