I will be testing this product. I am not going to change my diet at all. If I did, the results I see would most likely be due to that.
I will take 1 capsule at 6 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM.

Starting Weight: 204
Starting Waist: 33 3/4

Bodyfat: 10%

I started a stack two days ago that includes Guggul Extract (Now) and 7-Keto. I wont mess your thread I will start a new one next week , but after 2 days alot more water is going through me and body temp is definately up. will post next week.

This is just a question -but why are you taking a fat burner during bulking season?

Because I was asked to. Also, just because I am bulking does not mean it will not have positive effects.

Nothing fat burner wise.
The supps I am using now are: Vendetta, ICE, Whey, ALA, vitamin C and E, joint stuff, and EFA.

What is joint stuff?? - spliffs, etc???

Does ALA really make that much of a difference? I havn't done to much research, kinda waiting for str8flexed's report on it, so I don't really no much about it, but are their any noticeable effects?

Yes I meant glucosamine, msm, and Chondroitin. I just said joint stuff because I don't always use the same stuff.

derek im curious how u take ur ala? layne suggested only around a workout, 300 pre, 300 post...while others suggest it be taken with ALL carb meals at 300mg/30-40 carbs...

what is ur take?

I take 200 mg with preworkout shake, 200 right at the beginning of my workout (I drink a during workout shake) and 200 with post workout. I've been taking ALA for over 2 years, and noticed a big difference when I first started.

so u do not take it with large carb meals?...like my postworkout meal(not shake) is when i have my biggest carb meal(80-120c) and i take 600-800

I just take it around my workout. Str8flexed's ALA article for explain alot when he posts it.
