Isn't that actually a crime? Pretty sure most states have brandishing laws. Jury did nothing to provoke that. I'd press charges.

if you dont understand the seriousness of pointing a firearm at someone, loaded or unloaded let me explain this to you

If someone walks into that courtroom, a police officer, deputy, or civilian, and sees a person holding a rifle in a courtroom and pointing it at someone their first instinct, especially if they had military training, may be to draw and neutralize the threat.

If you have an active shooter situation you dont ask the person if they are a bad guy or wait for them to recognize you, you just shoot.

This is why you dont ever point a fukking weapon at anyone. Its not the persons fault for shooting them, its the idiot pointing the gun at someone, thats because we NEED to be safe and its IMPORTANT to kill an active shooter ASAP, so its much better to just get people to understand ONLY point a gun at something you intend to shoot.
